The EM Auger features an all electro-mechanical drive, Allen
Bradley controls, solid forged alloy shaft, high capacity roller
bearings and comes in a variety of sizes and classifi cations to
fit almost any application. Sizes range from .75 to 9 cubic yard
charge capacity, with ample selection of open feed hoppers,
enclosed plug-in dock hoppers and chutes. Machines are
offered in Class 1 & 2 designs to meet customer application
needs.

Class 1 is ideally suited
for intermittent service
requirements such as retail
stores, cinemas, grocery
stores, shopping malls,
hospitals, etc.

Class 2 is for heavier usage
with moderate shock loads
such as distribution
centers, manufacturing
facilities, moving
companies, municipalities,
etc.

The EM models feature two types of
auger screws
- General Purpose (G) is a wide
pitch auger which handles
corrugated boxes, wet waste,
furniture and general plant waste
with moderate wood waste.
- Wood (W) having a smaller pitch
cast steel fl ight auger with teeth
which is ideal for heavy wood
waste such as pallets, wood
rates, and materials that break
and shatter, maximizing container
weights

The KOMAR Tiger Electro-Shear has the appetite to
handle your waste for primary shredding utilizing the
shredding action of high torque, low shaft speed counter
rotating cutter discs in a variety of tooth patterns and sizes.
It operates at slow speed with minimum noise, dust and
energy requirements with electrical automatic anti-jamming
action.
Shears Range from the ES1220 - 20 Hp unit that has a
charge box opening of 12” x 20” to the ESD10052 – with
Dual 100 Hp motors and a charge box opening of 100” x 52”
