type and color at the same time. This
generates three output products from
one input stream in this all-in-one optical
sorter
The Aladdin™ is designed for highcapacity
plastic bottle sorting. The
standard module generates two or three
output streams from one input stream. In
a split confi guration it can sort two input
streams at the same time generating a
total of 3 Fractions.
The ColorSort™ sorts glass cullet by color is capable of removing
CSP contaminants (metals optional as well) all at the same time
and generates three output products from one input stream in this
All-in-One Optical Sorter

The MSS Glass ColorSort™ turns negative value, contaminated
mixed glass into high value, furnace ready cullet. Depending on
the size and application it can process up to 30 tons/hr in ceramic/
sorting mode and 7.5 tons/hr in color/sorting mode

The Sapphire ™ is the optical sorter of choice to sort different materials and/or specific plastic
resins from each other or from mixed input streams
The MSS Sapphire™ is a highly advanced near infrared (NIR) sensor sorting system that is capable
of identifying polymer materials by type as well as other materials (drink cartons, paper, etc.)
